Prime Steakhouse in Key West, FL is located in Old Town adjacent to the Conch Harbor Marina. We are upstairs from Dante's Key West bar & pool.

Prime offers a menu of choice cut beef, fresh local seafood which is brought in daily, a great selection of fine wines and sumptuous martinis. Our steaks are served in a traditional style on a cutting board with a side of roasted garlic and a serving of our own steak sauce.

Our wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They would be happy to help pair a great wine with your dinner.

Prime's Executive Chef prepares specials nightly using some of the local seafood including yellowtail snapper, grouper, tuna, and fresh Key West pink shrimp.
